One visit per month.
"PEACE OF MIND PACKAGE" $90/month
Twice-monthly inspections
"THE TOTAL PACKAGE" $150/month
Includes weekly visits (4x per month) and discounted rates on some of our other services such as additional on-demand inspections and requests to wait for deliveries or meet service technicians on your behalf.
ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE A REPORT and PHOTOS emailed to the owner. Please see our 20-Point Inspection checklist to learn more about our thorough watchdog process.
You can choose the duration of your subscription. Most owners choose off-season packages that run October thru April, but you can choose shorter or longer terms of service. Services can be cancelled at anytime upon 14 days notice.
