So you live 4 hours away, and you don't really want to drive to the beach and back home again just to meet a repair technician or wait for a furniture delivery. We're local... let us take care of this for you!
We can accept deliveries, open the door for maintenance workers etc...
$75 for initial dispatch includes up to 2 hours of waiting time. Additional time billed at $25 per hour.
We also do on-demand property checks in case you need some eyes and ears on the ground. Before/After storms, or anytime you need assurance that all is well down y ocean.
It happens....
You let your brother in-law use your condo and you're sure he forgot to lock the door or turn off the lights. No need to drive all the way to OC (although we'd love the see you)!!
